FSX/P3D Piper PA-44 Seminole Pack

These modifications are for and of the Piper PA-44 Seminole aircraft created by Rien Cornelissen.
They consist of modified gauges, added Cockpit sounds, added VC cameras, added documentation
and kneeboard files, slightly changed light configuration, enhanced Bendix King Auto Pilot,
TCAS, GPWS, and some new and some revised gauges as well. A new sound set has been added because of issues with the original aliased sounds in P3Dv4. Finally one newly created livery has been added. Now this pack has 4 different liveries. All has been tested okay in Prepar3D v4+.and in FSX as well.
Note that this is the complete aircraft.

P3Dv4+ Milviz UH-1 Water Tank

This addon was specifically created to be attached to the Milviz UH-1H using Lorby's FirefighterX Client. Without this client, the tank cannot be attached to the helicopter. The Simplex Aerospace 360 gallon water tank was installed on many versions of the Bell 205/UH-1 Huey in aerial firefighting. The version represented here, is the one seen on Cal Fire UH-1 Super Hueys. By Nicholas Mitchell.

P3Dv4+ Cal Fire HTSU Support Vehicle

The HTSU or Heli-Tender Support Vehicle is deployed with one of Cal Fire's rotary wing assets to provide field support to Cal Fire's helicopters without the need for the aircraft to return to an airfield to refuel, or resupply. Cal Fire currently operates one HTSU alongside each of either it's soon to be retired UH-1 Super Hueys or the S-70I Firehawks. As of 2023, there are currently 16 active rotary assets flying with Cal Fire. This addon requires Lorby's FireFighterX Client to place any of the 16 HTSUs. Each HTSU is uniquely marked for it's aircraft/base assignment. A single generic static scenery version has also been included for scenery builders to use if they so wish. By Nicholas Mitchell.

FSX/P3D Boeing 737-800 TAROM package. Romania's flag carrier airline is based at Bucharest Henri Coanda International Airport and currently has 4 Boeing 737-800 flying to destinations worldwide.
I am revising my old repaints to improve textures and fix errors. Credit goes to TDS for the great model and paint kit.
Package includes revised Boeing 737-800 VC by Alejandro Rojas Lucena/FSND/Ken Wiggington upgraded Boeing 737-800 VC model. Autobrake switch. Opening pilots window. Cabin Lights switch. Realistic FMC. Ground Proximity Warning System (GPWS). Includes added MFD and PFD panels. Exits, wheel levels, jetways and views corrected for FSX/P3d.
See VC docs to get the best out of the VC and FMC.
Textured and texted in P3D 5.3 by Chris Evans. Should also work in earlier P3D versions as well as FSX.

This is a fictional livery of a Cessna 310 Q of Olympic Aviation. The reason for the livery is that I made a handcrafted 310 Q out of balsa wood & silkspan RC Model in 1977 that I still own in this same livery colors( I included photos of the RC Model in the package). You will need the original freeware Rob Richardson Cessna 310Q(Link Listed Bellow). Full VC and Continental T10 Sounds by Gary Jones. For the Microsoft Flight Simulator X SE. Happy Landings everyone. The CH-46 was first introduced in 1964 as a dual rotor utility medium lift helicopter. Over 600 airframes were built, serving mainly with the USMC and USN, export versions were sold to Sweden, Japan and Canada, these variants differ in having larger balloon floats.
