FSX/FS2004 Yak-7 "Battle of Stalingrad", complete package
FSX/FS2004 Yak-7 "Battle of Stalingrad", complete package
21.68Mb (2786 downloads)
FSX / FS2004 Yak-7 winter paint, Stalingrad, 1942. Complete package, 3 versions, with full moving parts, animations, custom panel and a full virtual cockpit. The Soviet Yakovlev Yak-7 was developed from the earlier Yak-1 fighter, initially as a trainer but quickly converted back into a fighter. Substantially the Yak-7 was a two seat Yak-1 and, even when used as a fighter, the rear cockpit has often been retained as it could be used to carry technical personnel during moves or to rescue shot-down pilots. Surprisingly, the Yak-7 has often been considered as a better fighter than the original Yak-1. The one presented here wears the classical white winter paint used during the battle of Stalingrad at the end of 1942. This original package contains 3 versions: clean version with one pilot, clean with pilot and instructor (trainer), or armed with Soviet rockets. Includes full moving parts and animations (control surfaces, gear, flaps, opening canopies, landing light, ...), an original custom 2D panel and a full animated VC. Designed by Patrice Grange, September 2014.

FSX/FS2004 Blohm & Voss Mail-Carrier Floatplane with VC (textures fixed)
FSX/FS2004 Blohm & Voss Mail-Carrier Floatplane with VC (textures fixed)
5.39Mb (1503 downloads)
FSX/FS2004 Blohm & Voss Ha-139 V1 & V2 floatplane from 1937. This upgrade of my very first 3D-model comes with a dynamic VC with animated yokes and throttles. Also the seats for the navigator, engineer and radio operator are represented. The Ha139 was one of the biggest float planes ever built. It was a German catapult launched mail-carrier plane, equipped with four Diesel Engines. Only three planes was buildt: V1 "Nordwind", V2 "Nordmeer" and V3"Nordstern". The planes was used to shorten the time for transatlantic cross overs. Therefore they was carried on a tender vessel and when within proper range (max. 5000 km) they was catapulted for take offs. This upgrade provides not only a VC but also seven additional look around offset views for FS2004 and four cockpit cameras (addditional to the seven aircraft cameras) for FSX and two paints for "Nordwind" and "Nordmeer". A very special animation is included: A supply boat is approaching and stopping at the float. This is a whole airplane, made by Erwin Welker

FSX Heinkel He-178 updated
FSX Heinkel He-178 updated
14.11Mb (1431 downloads)
The He-178 was the world's very first jet aircraft, whose maiden flight took place on August 27, 1939, just before the outbreak of WWII. It was a very small aircraft but reached a top speed of well over 400 mph, more than any fighter at the time. However, it never made it to mass production and never went to service, because the Ministry of German Aviation didn't consider it a useful weapon as it was too small and didn't have enough range. So after some test flights the project was abandoned. The package, originally designed for FS2002 by the team of geocities/ thedrachensnest, features a completely re-designed VC and 2D panel as well as FSX compatible smoke effects. It includes two models, a prototype and a fictional (what if?) repaint. Credits go the team mentioned above for the original model. Repaints, VC and 2D panel as well as smoke effect configuration by Michael Pook.

FSX Canadian MkX Lancaster Drop Bombs.
FSX Canadian MkX Lancaster Drop Bombs.
36.88Mb (2971 downloads)
Although requested as an update this is the FULL FREEFLIGHT AIRCRAFT capable of accurately dropping bombs from 8000 feet with a probable impact error of less than 60 feet. Essentually it is identical to the original upload of my Plane Design MkX Canadian Lancaster on tour in the UK 2014 except for the addition of a bombsight for aiming the Chris Sykes 1000 lb bombs. This packages does not replace the original upload. It however, allows the simmer to release a full Lancaster bomb load of 14 x 1000 pound bombs or just 1. An illustrated pdf explains the use of the bombsight first developed back in CFS1 in 2004 to sink the Tirpitz. Package is by Ross McLennan. WIDE VIEW ASPECT ONLY, not suitable for P3D.

FSX/FS2004 Focke-Wulf Ta 152C
4.15Mb (1653 downloads)
FSX/FS2004 Focke-Wulf Ta 152C The Focke-Wulf Ta 152C was Kurt Tank's finest fighter, and the one which represented the pinnacle of mainstream development of the Fw 190 line. Series production orders for the Ta 152C had been placed in October 1944, but the actual production was only just beginning when Allied forces overran the assembly plants, so this fighter never entered service with the Luftwaffe.Tested in FS2004/FSX/FSXacceleration Windows 7/8.GMAX mdl by A.F.Scrub

FSX Bristol B-188 updated (Fixed Panel)
FSX Bristol B-188 updated (Fixed Panel)
9.20Mb (3290 downloads)
The supersonic Bristol B-188 was developed by Bristol Aeroplane CO to investigate the thermal effects of high speed flight, with a view to the development of supersonic bombers and transports. This is the original package created for FS2002/2004 by TransglobalAircraft (R Hazeldine, B. Horsey and R Pegram), so all credits go to them. I just modified the VC and the 2D panel by adding a few more gauges to make the panels look more complete. Amazingly, Most of the original gauges are FSX compatible. I also corrected the contrail configuration for FSX and added smoke effect. Gauges by Ian Willis. New configurations by Michael Pook. Panel problem fixed.
