FS2004 Saab 340B Air France Textures only. Real livery for this 340 used in France. The SF340 was originally developed as a cooperative venture between Saab and Fairchild. FS2004 Viscount 701 Cambrian British Air Services Textures only - second variation In an attempt to keep its own identity the BAS livery was altered putting the airline title prominently back on the fuselage and darkening the fin colour to move away from BKS while still leaving a similar theme. Bought from BEA at the very end of 1962,it was Withdrawn at Cardiff in June 1971 and was broken up there four months later. Requires the FSDS Viscount 700 model by Rick Piper here. FS2004 Viscount 701 Cambrian British Air Services Textures only. first variation After BKS and Cambrian became wholly owned by BEA they became members of the British Air Service Group using a common livery with only titles and logos differing. G-AMOE is shown in this first version of the livery. One of the last 700's in Cambrian service, it was first with BEA then Channel Airways before Cambrian. After retirement it went to northeast Airlines at Newcastle as a cabin trainer. It ended its days at Lampton Pleasure park fitted with the tail of V.802 G-AOHJ and painted in ficticious Lampton Airways livery.Requires the FSDS Viscount 700 model by Rick Piper here. FS2004 Vanguard Merpati Nusantara second Vanguard livery Textures only. Merpati were the only airline to operate Vanguard 951,952 & 953. They found a niche for the type operating it extensively for a time only fading away gradually over the years. This type 953, in its earlier guise was common in Europe as G-APEI with BEA. Vanguards did return periodically to Heathrow for maintainace PK-MVD appearing in September 1978 wearing this livery. Withdrawn in 1980 it was scrapped in 1992. FS2004 Vanguard 952F Air Canada Cargoliner Textures only. Air Canada modified only one Vanguard to a pure freighter. Called the Cargoliner it was converted at the end of 1966. Both Air Canada and BEA saw the potential of using Vanguards for pure freight. Air Canada did not go beyond this initial conversion and did not fit a freight door although all the windows were deleted. Later this became the final Air Canada Vanguard when, seven months after ceasation of passenger flights by the airline it was retired in May 1972. Sold to EAS as F-BTYB in December of that year it last flew on 29th May 1976 and was used for spares. Requires the FSDS Vanguard model by Rick Piper (here). Repaint by Garry Russell. 653K
