F-8 Vought Crusader FSX.
This was the ex payware Alphasim Crusader from Virtavia/Alphasim created back in 2005 and now available for freeware. Slight modifications in VC and 2d panel so that it now work in FSX.

The Vought F-8 Crusader was a single-engine, supersonic, carrier-based air superiority jet aircraft built by Vought for the United States Navy and the U.S. Marine Corps, replacing the Vought F7U Cutlass

Please support freeware and do not uoplaod to any site requiring money to access freeware files.

Uploaded to Simviation March 2013

Installation:

1: Extract all the files into a temp folder.
2. Move the folder ALPHA F-8 Crusader FSX into the Simobjects\Airplanes folder inside FSX
3. Move the files inside 'Effects' into the 'Effects' folder inside FSX

FEATURES:

Canopy : shift-e
Speedbrakes : / key
Wingfold : F
Refuel Probe : Concorde Visor

2) POP-UP PANELS :

use the simicons on the panel or in the v-c, or -

shift-2 : Autopilotp
shift-3 : Radios
shift-4 : GPS

3) SMOKE TRAIL :

The smoke trail is activated by pressing the i-key.

These files are freeware. Please amend/distribute as you see fit.

They are unsupported, so please do not e-mail us if you have problems.
