Concorde Procedures

Taxi:
Pushback with the Nose set at 0.
Gate area at 10 kts with the Nose at -5
Taxiways at 5 to 20 kts.
 Transponder to Mode C

Take off:
Nose at -5.
Engaged the afterburners with the throttles to max.
Confirm four green "clear to go" lights.
Take off at V2-180-200 kts and climb at 3000 fpm full throttle.
At 220 kts set gear up and Nose up.

At gray and rainy weather or better:

Climb:
Set the climb at 6000 fpm when flying at 250kts.
Disengage afterburners when flying at 315kts and bring up the visor.
(If you wish, set simulation rate at 2) 
At FL110 set the climb rate to 7000 fpm.
At FL150 set the climb rate to 6000 fpm.
At FL200 set the climb rate to 5000 fpm.
At FL250 set the climb rate to 4000 fpm.
At FL270 set the climb rate to 3000 fpm.

SST Climb:
At FL300 engage the afterburners.
(If you wish, set simulation rate at 4)
Monitor the airspeed overshoot indicator.
Hold the climb rate to 3000 fpm.
At mach 1.7 disengage the afterburners.
At FL440 set the auto throttle from 2.0- 2.04 mach max.
At FL480 set the climb rate at 2000 fpm
At FL510 set the climb rate at 1000 fpm
At FL525 set the climb rate at 500 fpm
At FL535 set the climb rate at 200 fpm

Cruise:
Monitor the center of gravity and pump fuel as needed.
At FL540 you will have left about 69-71% of the total fuel.
FL540 to FL600 climb at 100 fpm.
(set simulation rate the way you like it)
Monitor the airspeed indicator.

At Stormy weather or worse:

Climb:
Set the climb at 5000 fpm when flying at 250kts.
Disengage afterburners when flying at 310kts and bring up the visor.
At FL200 set the climb rate to 4000 fpm.
At FL240 set the climb rate to 3000 fpm.
At FL270 set the climb rate to 2500 fpm.

SST Climb:
At FL300 engage the afterburners.
Monitor the airspeed overshoot indicator.
Hold the climb rate to 3000 fpm.
At mach 1.7 disengage the afterburners.
At FL410 set the auto throttle from 2.0- 2.04 mach max.
At FL420 set the climb rate at 2000 fpm
At FL450 set the climb rate at 1000 fpm
At FL465 set the climb rate at 500 fpm
At FL475 set the climb rate at 200 fpm

Cruise:
Monitor the center of gravity and pump fuel as needed.
FL480 to FL540 climb at 100 fpm or less.
Monitor the airspeed indicator.
  
Descent:
At 200 nm from the destination airport descend at -3300fpm.
Set Autopilot at 5,000 ft
At FL570 set throttle to idle.
Monitor the airspeed indicator.
Level off at 5,000 ft and slow to 250 ias and bring down the visor.

Approach:
At 20 nm descend at 240 kts and at 500fpm
Bellow 4000 ft decend at 220-200 kts and at 1200-800fpm gear down and the nose to -5 
On initial approach set speed to 180 kts.

Landing:
Confirm you have the runway in sight.
Check the pith rate and disengage the autopilot at 3 nm and maintain 170 kts.
Configure for 170 kts, Nose down.
Disengage the auto throttle at 500 ft. 
Landing speed VREF 150 - 162 kts.
Flare slightly for landing and use reverse thrust to slowly lower the pitch of the aircraft.
Gently use manual brake below 80 kts and roll out at 60 kts.

Taxi:
Exit the runway at 20 - 15 kts.
Taxi with the nose at -5 at 20 kts or less.
Use Inboard Engines 
Transponder on standby

Parking:
Park with the nose set at 0.
Parking Brakes -- SET
Lights -- OFF
Visor/Nose -- AS REQUIRED
Generators -- OFF
Ignition switches -- OFF
Battery -- OFF
