P3D/FSX Boeing (McDonnell Douglas) F-15 Eagle made flyable FSX/P3Dv3 Fix/Update v2

Anomalities:

- in P3Dv4 it seems impossible (so far) to start the engines after shutdown.
- The landing lights also trigger the formation lights unfortunately)
- Best to use is the Mach hold switch and NOT IAS switcch for automatic speed...
