Hallo lets have some tips and tricks about moving this helicopter caused of my experiences. Check it out, i wonna help you. 1. Used Programms are: - The FSNav from www.FSNavigator.com (payware, but a star) - Autosave to rescue your landing if you has missed - Fsuipc, payware on your own - Servinfo to get the overview about controller for flying online at a network - Teamspeak for communications at a network - Login Software and the account for your network server 2. Flight permission - VFR, special VFR, VFR at night or pickup to IFR possible - Request dutypoint for leaving the controlled airspace if VFR - Flightplan with it and main waypoints - During flight take care of crossing controlled midfields and indicated altitude by using the local QNH - Check positions of heliages or other parkpositions at your destination - By approaching request dutypoint of entering the controlled airspace if VFR 3. Moving this Helicopter CH47-Chinook - To start the engine, push the red Master, then CTRL+F4 until rppm has reached 60% - Above 60% help the engine to start with a little more pitch trim. - Wait until the rppm is reaching 100% and reduce the pitch again - After clearences lift off and rise to a sure altitude below airspace border - Take speed a little by pushing down the nose of the aircraft - Turn to your first waypoint, during this take care of your speed - Flying backwords possible, but very slow. Otherwise you'll leave the controll - If this happened, push to full speed and down the nose at once - After an altitude of 200ft and a speed of 40 kts controll your altitude with the V/S button on the black autopilot - If it happened you may switsch on the FSNavigator controll and mode to get the heading to the next waypoint - Switch the haeding active at the black autopilot and enjoy your travel - By approaching reduce the speed carefully and switch off the fsnavigator controll at the hud - After landing clearences switch on your landing lights for searching the heliages or parkpos. - In my experiences this is a rather good landing configuration without the main panel, switch it off. - Touch down and brake, if needed. - To shut the engine, push CTR+2 until the rppm has reached 60% or below, then take off the red master. - Switch off your lights and enjoy At least, make your own exciting experiences, this should be a help for the first Flight with this helicopter. Be happy on the other way to see the world and exercise landing on top of the roofs of standard buildings. Play with the autopilots and let all know that you are able to manage a helicopter sure -)) Best regards and always a happy landing, Andreas
