1.Copy panel folder of the default 737_800 to the aircraf's folder
2.Overwrite with the panel folder included in  FSX_CONVERSION folder

3.Copy model folder from default 737_800 to the aircraf's folder
4.Overwrite with the model folder included in  FSX_CONVERSION folder

5.Overwrite sound folder included with sound folder include in FSX_CONVERSION folder
6.copy aircraft.cfg from  FSX_CONVERSION

You must do all to make it work correct.
