FSX/P3D Aviateca Guatemala 727-173C circa 1989 (TDS)

This is a repaint of the 727-22C in Aviateca Guatemala colors. The freeware 727-100 by Tenkuu Developers Studio (TDS) is needed for this repaint. Textures are 32 bit DDS & BMP. This repaint was tested on FSX-SE. It should work on FSX, P3D v1-3, & FS2004. Empresa Guatemalteca de Aviación SA, Aviateca for short, was Guatemala's national carrier which was founded in 1945 by the Guatemalan government. It took over Aerovias de Guatemala which was formed in 1929. They began domestic routes with the obvious DC3s, and later on they used the following types(owned or otherwise) up to 1989; 6 DC-6s, 4 BAC 1-11-500s, Convair 340s & 440s, 1 leased F-28-1000, 4 Boeing 727-100s, 3 Boeing 720s, and 3 F-27s. Their international network comprised of the following destinations in 1980: Miami, New Orleans, San Salvador, Acapulco, Merida, and Mexico City. In 1989 Aviateca became privatized, and became part of TACA, which then eventually became Avianca Guatemala, and still exists today.
HISTORY of TG-AYA: This aircraft was delivered new to World Airways on August 20 1967 and went through a lot of lessors before being bought by ALM (Antilles) on October 30 1979. Then it was purchased by Gateway Aircraft Leasing on February 6 1979, from whom Aviateca leased it from on July 15 1979. It flew with Aviateca for 10 years before eventually being bought by UPS on December 13 1989.
