These models are FSX Acceleration and P3Dv4 SDK compliant models of the Microsoft FS9 Curtiss JN-4D Jenny aircraft. The source files for the model were provided by Microsoft in the FS9 SDK. The complete model folder may be used as an overwriting replacement in the original aircraft container provided by Microsoft or in the modified container provided by the Ford Tri-Motor Project (http://www.ford-tri-motor.net). No other changes to the aircraft container are required. Changes to the original gmax source file include: * Separation of exterior and interior objects to produce both exterior and interior models, * materials changed to FSX materials, * correction of animation keys and tagging of all animations to comply with the FSX (Acceleration)/P3dv4 SDK, * modification of interior object mesh to support a wider field of view with TrackIR, and; *modified VC panel bitmap graphics to allow display of instruments in the VC. The models have been tested in both FSX (Acceleration) and P3Dv4 on my computer. I have found the following uncorrected issues and work arounds: *The aircraft cfg and air files produce an under powered aircraft. My work around is to change the power_scalar to 1.6. *Use of the starter button may cause the aircraft to crash. My work around is to use Cntrl-E. Try it, Test it, Enjoy it. If you like it, you can thank me. If you don't, sorry about that. I am done with it. Cheers, Dave Carroll
