Just double check you FSX/Addon Scenery/ Scenery folder doesnt already have a KDCA installed. If so delete it, go to your addon scenery/ scenery folder and press "F3" which brings up the search and if you enter KDCA and draw a blank than install this file and you good to go.. Enjoy. Oh from time to time you may get an A/C not helo over accross the water. Not sure how they get there. Oh well. Drop all BGL files into your FSX/ Addon Scenery/ Scenery folder. Load up your done.
