1: Unzip the file "project airbus A319-111CJ"to your Drive C:/ Program Files x86/ Microsoft Games/Microsoft Flight Simulator X/ SimObjects/ Airplanes. 

2: Unzip the files inside the effects map of the A319, to your main FSX Effects folder.
