FSX SP2/A Lockheed T-33A T-Bird Jet Training Aircraft air and config file updates. February 19, 2011 This is a revised air file and configuration file for FSX SP2/A Lockheed T-33A T-Bird Jet Training Aircraft. This file was tweaked using Air Wrench to get the performance closer to the actual aircraft performance and to ensure that the fuel pressure and oil pressure gauges operate correctly. The aircraft buffets at 0.8 mach at sea level and you can break the plane doing that. It is consistent with accident reports from the Canadian Air Force. Although I am a pilot, I have not flown a T-33 in actuality so some of the characteristics are hard to judge from a pilot's point of view. Any feedback from former or current T-33 pilots would be appreciated. Loading Instructions: 1. Copy and backup the existing aircraft.cfg and T-33A.air files in the main T-33A_fsx_2010 folder before doing anything. 2. Please put the aircraft.cfg and T-33A.air files in the main T-33A_fsx_2010 folder. 3.
