This is an update for FSX of the Project Airbus A319 Hamburg Airways painted by FSXHamburg and LukasFSX. I have added all the wheels; corrected the scrape points; updated the flight dynamics; added gauges to both the VC and 2D cockpits. This is the whole aircraft.

Unzip to a folder of your choice. Copy the aircraft to the main FS airplanes folder. If you already have this paint; move it to a temporary location until you know which version you like best. The sim won't allow 2 aircraft to have the same name.

The only way I could get a hud on the VC was to put it in a window which can be toggled with the compass icon that is between the speed and heading numbers that are on the autopilot. I could not have it show some other place because of the way the VC is made. The compass icon on the 2D panel is there so if you switch to it from the VC while the hud is on; you will have 2 huds that do not line up, and can toggle the hud window off. If you want no hud on the 2D panel, you have to go into the panel.cfg file and // remark out gauge 23.

The aircraft now has somewhere close to the range it is supposed to. It will be able to overspeed; as there is enough thrust to get it going fast enough at most altitudes. I don't know if this is the same for the real aircraft; but you have to be aware that any aircraft has limitations that could cause stress damage which could lead to a crash.

[Reference Speeds]
flaps_up_stall_speed=128.00
full_flaps_stall_speed=102.00
cruise_speed=445.0			//knots over the ground at 36,000 ft.  (262 indicated) mach 0.78
max_indicated_speed=485.00 //520 knots over the ground at 10,000 ft. (mach 0.82) at this height
max_mach=0.825

To get you into the ball park, you should make your approach at 140 to 150 knots with 40% to 50% reading on the N1 percent gauge until short final; shooting for a touchdown at 120 to 130 knots. This is meant as a guide; not, you have to do it this way.

Anyone: You have my permission to use any of my updates with the following conditions: One, you don't try to make money with them. Two, you don't try to hurt, or take something from anyone by using them.
