This is an update for FSX of the Cessna 177rg by Brett Henderson.  I have changed the panel background to one I made from a picture of the VC; added a HUD in a window; adjusted the contact points; and updated the flight dynamics.  This model does not work in FS9.

Unzip to a folder of your choice.  Copy the aircraft to the main FS airplanes folder.

max_indicated_speed     = 180                   //Red line (KIAS)

For me using the manifold pressure gauge is the best way to set the cruise speed when at altitude.  With this aircraft between 18 and 19 inches of mercury {Hg), will give me 114 indicated at 8,500 ft.
