Hi, Thank's for downloading, installation is at the end users risk. This is freeware not to be sold, redistributed or altered without my permission. This is a night light version for VC on the default Airbus_A321 in FSX..................................................................... This version uses blue/white led style lighting with small glow effect. This does not effect any lighting in the main locked cockpit (accessable via the F10 key). This add on has been designed to make night flying more enjoyable by eliminating some of the dome lighting whilst keeping the panel lighting on. The cockpit lighting is reduced on the external camera view. If you do not like this you can revert back to the default set up by replacing my files. A copy of the default files is included though you may wish to backup the the (Aircraft) CFG file. INSTALLING FILES. Unzip your downloaded "A321_VC_Night_Lighting" folder. 1. "START" then "MY COMPUTER" then "LOCAL DISK" 2. "PROGRAMME FILES" then "MICROSOFT GAMES" then "MICROSOFT FLIGHT SIMULATOR X" 3. "SIM OBJECTS" then "AIRPLANES" then "Airbus_A321" then "texture"(THE UN NUMBERED ONE!!!)................................... 4. Open your downloaded (& UNZIPPED) folder "A321VCNIGHTLIGHTING" ................................................. 5. Copy (not cut) your 4...downloaded dds files into the "texture" folder. Now click YES to overwrite, then exit the folder........................ DON'T PUT THE FILES IN ANY OTHER TEXTURE FOLDER. Now you need to alter a line in the "aircraft cfg" which is located with the rest of the "texture folders" PLEASE MAKE A BACK UP OF THE "aircraft cfg" IN CASE YOU WANT TO REVERT BACK TO YOUR ORIGINAL SET UP. 1. Click on it (If you have never opened it before when you click on it you will be asked which programme you would like to use to open it. Choose NOTEPAD. Now all your other CFG file will open in NOTEPAD when clicked on.) 2. Scroll down to [LIGHTS] 3. light.7 = 4 change the next four digits to read 30.41, DON'T FORGET THE FULL STOP & COMMA!! Dont change any othervalues. Exit and click save. That's it, any problems email camera3op@aol.com Paul Davies
