. Package as it is now works alright in P3Dv3.4
. Package is the FDE upgraded v2 version by Dutch Owen at 08/17/2017. 
  See README.txt for additional info and options...
. Added one new gauge texture by Ivan Jurcaga (tablo_bkg.bmp)
. I modified owens FDE in [autopilot] section by adding an entry:
  max_bank=28.000000 in order to get more stable behaviour of the aircraft.
. Other mods in aircraft.cfg:
  - Added camera entries for VC
  - Added credits to Ivan Jurcaga and Dutch Owen
  - Added and created kneeboard Checks with pictures from great Dutch Owen's manual.
. Added Auto-Pilot popup window for easy flying in VC.
. Package is TACPack or CS Weapons ready. (see: panel__ORIG.cfg)



Dutch Owen seems too busy to develop further enhancements of the MiG-21 MF
