Alternate 2D Panel Bitmap

Installation:

1.  Rename the original panel bitmap, found in the FS2004/Aircraft/GA C46/panel folder from panelc-46.bmp to panelc-46.bmp.original
2.  Copy the panelc-46.bmp file found in this folder to the FS2004/Aircraft/GA C46/panel folder

Reload the plane to see the new panel.
