I replaced the incompatible gauges with FSX compatible ones in the VC and 2D panel.

INSTALLATION: 

1. Copy the Avtek 400 folder into your FSX/ Simobjects/ aircraft folder.
2. Copy the gauges in the gauges folder into your main FSX gauges folder.
   That's it, your done.
