FS2000 BOEING 707 SOUNDS __________________________________________________________________________________ November 2001 FS2000 only. Complete sound package for the Boeing 707 but can be used on any older medium to large passenger jet. The original files came from Daniel R. Careri's B737-200 sound package and were modified to simulate a Boeing 707-type aircraft. The sound package is a perfect compliment to my recently released Boeing 707-320 panel, available at flightsim.com under the file name "cf707-3.zip". ___________________________________________________________________________________ INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 1) Unzip the contents of this ZIP file to a temporary folder. 2) Open the unzipped "sound" folder and move all 62 *.wav (sound) files and the 1 "sound.cfg" file directly into the "FS2000\Aircraft\[Aircraft Name]\Sound folder" (NOT THE "FS2000\SOUND" FOLDER!). 3) You may delete the remaining "FILE_ID.DIZ.TXT" and "Readme.txt" files as they are not needed. 4) Start FS2000 and enjoy the new sounds. ________________________________________________________________________________ WHAT'S DIFFERENT FROM DANIEL R. CARERI'S B737-200 SOUND FILES?: 1) Sound files that simulate the distinctive interior loud roar of the Boeing 707 were added. 2) Different flap sounds were added so the flap movement servos can be heard. 3) Different wind noises were added that simulate air flow over the fuselage. These sounds increase in volume and pitch with increasing speed. _______________________________________________________________________________ THANKS TO: Daniel R.
