Hi, and thanks for downloading my Finnair Oneworld logojet textures for Thomas Ruth's A340-300! These textures were made using my original A340 textures (which were made using my original A330 textures) after I found that my winglet logos were oversized. I resized them and since making the winglet logos smaller would be too insiginificant of a change to warrant an update and more work for the file librarians, I made this Oneworld logojet texture to go with the update and new versions of my A330 and A340 paints. I hope this will be my last revision to the paints. - The model needed to use these textures can be found at the following links, though if you haven't signed up or logged on to the respective sites please do so: http://library.avsim.net/download.php?DLID=140012 or http://www.flightsim.com/file.php?cm=SEARCH1&fsec=0&fname=TOMA343B.ZIP For these models to display correctly, Microsoft's SP1, SP2, or Acceleration expansion pack must be installed. This download includes 32-bit and DXT5 variations of the textures; DXT5 is the standard format for FSX, though 32-bit textures are of slightly higher quality but are 4x the normal filesize. - To install, copy the "texture.FIN_NC_Oneworld" folder into your installed "Tom_A340-300" folder. If you want to use the 32-bit textures instead, open the included "32-bit" folder and copy the textures inside instead. Open "fltsim.txt" and copy the information, then open "aircraft.cfg" in the "Tom_A340-300" folder. Paste the information after the last 'fltsim.#' entry, changing the "X" to the next corresponding digit. For example, if the last entry was "[fltsim.10]", change the X of the entry you just pasted to "11" to make it read "[fltsim.11]". Save, close, and the next time you open the list of aircraft it will be available under the title "Airbus A340-300 Finnair NC Oneworld" - If you have any additional questions please do not hesistate to contact me at my e-mail address "rgabuyo17@gmail.com" This file was initially uploaded to Flightsim.com and avsim.com.
