INSTALLATION GUIDE - B-1B Lancer for FSX - version 1.2

Extract all the files into your FSX root folder. The necessary sub-folders will be created automatically. 


ANIMATIONS

fully animated swing wing with leading edge slats (flap key)
animated spoilerons and elevons (automatic, on stick left/right)
animated wing spoilers (will 'pop-up' if keypress-activated, a sim limitation when spoilerons are employed. A slider control will however restore the smooth spoiler animation)
opening cockpit hatch (shift-e)
main dorsal speed brake (/-key)
opening bomb bays (2nd Exit (shift-e, then 2)
togglable crew figures (ctrl-W)

Panel info - 

shift-2 - Electrics Panel
shift-3 - Radios Panel
shift-4 - Throttle
shift-5 - GPS

Afterburner Effect - this is automatic and also engages the appropriate power boost in the flight model.

Advanced Flight model - in the 'ADAVNCED' folder included in the B-1B's folder structure is a replacement aircraft.cfg which will enable more discerning users to set correct fuel and payloads and have the subsequent effects of the extra weight. Make a copy of the default aircraft.cfg first, then copy or move the advanced cfg from the ADVANCED folder to the B-1B's root folder.

FactBook - a .pdf file is included which has lots of intersting info about the B-1B Lancer. Adobe Acrobat will be needed to access the file.

The MDL files must not be back-compiled. This is forbidden under the MicroSoft EULA.
