"Transload-Carriers-Bonus" is intended to be used in conjunction with the "Transload Carrier Fleet" installation, so please ensure that you have already installed that package.  The package is self-contained.  The relevant ship models werer installed with the scenery, so it's not necessary to download stuff from any sim site.
