Copy the contents of the folder "effects" to FSX effects folder. ( ...\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\Effects\... ) Note: For FS9 installation, just copy the texture file "texture.maldivian_cfm" to the FS9 PA A320-200 CFM aircraft and then add the details to the "aircraft.cfg" file.
