This is an update for FS 9 of the Cessna 195 by Mike Stone.  I have updated the flight dynamics, changed the touchdown effect, added a toggle for the GPS, and eliminated the need for the background picture for the GPS.

Unzip to a folder of your choice.  After backing up your air, aircraft.cfg and panel.cfg files, replace them with the ones in this update.  Copy the effect to the main FS effects folder.

See the aircraft.cfg file [reference speeds] for operating speeds.
