This is an update for FSX of the F-15C 125FW by Kimitaka Nishida and repainted by Bud Engel. I have updated the flight dynamics a bit and changed the F-15 panel I updated for FSX. I changed the autopilot, primary flight display, and the light switches. I have added instructions on how to have an extra paint of the 333FW for each of the models. The new paint works in FS9 as well as in FSX.

Unzip to a folder of your choice. After backing up your air, aircraft.cfg, and panel.cfg files replace them with the ones in this update. Copy the gauges and effects to the main FS gauges and effects folders. If you have not already done so, copy the .cab files from all the default aircraft that have them to the main FS gauges folder.

I have included the whole panel for those who do not already have it.

If you are asked about any gauges say yes both times. I have not included the concorde gauge because it is available at various web sites if you don't already have it.

To have an extra paint for each of the different models: Copy the folder, texture.js, to the aircraft folder. Copy the textures from the texture folder to the new folder. Delete the textures: base2.bmp and base.bmp. Rename the textures: base2x.bmp and basex.bmp to base2.bmp and base.bmp. I have already added the parts necessary to the aircraft.cfg file.

For the new paint to work in FS9 you need to use the aircraft.cfg from this update, or know how to edit the aircraft.cfg file in the FS9 aircraft folder. You don't need the thumbnail pictures in the texture folders, they won't be used by FS9.

For FSX: There is only one texture folder, so all three aircraft will use the same thumbnail picture. The only way I know to have the correct picture for each, is to have a texture folder for each model, with a separate thumbnail in it. The thumbnail.jpg in this update should be copied to the texture folder.

This aircraft will make mach 2.5 in level flight at 37,000 ft. Fast cruise is at mach 1.5 at 48,000 ft. (400 knots indicated).

The smoke works with the 'I' key.

Anyone: You have my permission to use any of my updates with the following conditions: One, you don't try to make money with them. Two, you don't try to hurt, or take something from anyone by using them.
