The Pilatus Porter is one of the most unique planes in the air. Originally introduced in 1959, she has been used in war, for police work, rescue, agriculture, bush flying, and many other positions where flexibility is required. The Porter is a STOL aircraft, and has the ability to go into reverse thrust at altitude to lose altitude very quickly. The plane can almost beat a skydiver down!

The very first thing I must do is to give a big THANK YOU to Brian Gladden. This aircraft could not have been built without the assistance of Brian Gladden.

Markus Herzig is a world-class photographer. He has a GREAT Porter site called "The PILATUS PORTER World". Stop on by and look over his beautiful work. The discription in the aircraft select window is from his site. Stop by his site at: http://mypage.bluewin.ch/aviationworld/pc6/

INSTALL:

Just unzip the aircraft and add it into your aircraft folder of FS. Please enjoy it.

This is just a hobby for me, and I am very much a rookie at what I do, so enjoy her for what she is! :)

My thanks goes to Fred Choate for his pilot figure.

Feel free to repaint it, but upload ONLY the textures and NOT the whole aircraft. There are some things I do not know how to do yet. If it is missing or wrong, that's probably the reason why.
