C-17A Globemaster III - USAF 437th AW, 315th AW(R)
--------------------------------------------------
Model and original textures by Mike Stone
Repaint by Frank Safranek
Copyright (c) 2005

Background:
-----------
This repaint of Mike Stone's C-17A Globemaster III represents 01-0192 (of FY2001
Lot XIII) operated by the 437th Airlift Wing, and the 315th Airlift Wing (Associate
Reserve) of the Air Mobility Command at Charleston AFB, S.C. The tail stripe
design is of the current style.

Installation:
-------------
1) The zip file only contains the textures for the new aircraft, you'll need to have
the origional aircraft * already installed. To use these textures unzip into a temp
folder and then copy the "texture.charleston" to the "Aircraft\C17\" folder of the
original aircraft.

* Original aircraft is available at Mike's website: http://www.pmstone.com

2) Edit the aircraft.cfg file and add this new section to the aircraft listed at
the top. Change the "x" in [fltsim.x] to the next number in sequence.

[fltsim.x]

3) In the [General] section change "atc_model=C177" to "atc_model=C17". This is not a Cessna.

4) In the [Lights] section change the line for "light.5" to read
"light.5 = 1, -97.4, 0.00, 47.98, fx_beaconh , 	".
This will position the red light over the red light a little better.

Final words:
------------
That's it. Enjoy. Bon vols. This is freeware so don't make any money from it and
don't upload it anywhere where someone else might try to make money with it.
