EMB-110 C-95 (Bandeirante) 
One of the greatest successes of the civil and military aviation in Brazil - real 
best-seller, the Bandeirante started an ambitious project of the Institute 
Research and Development (IPD) of the Aerospace Technical Center (CTA) 
in the 60's, becoming the starting point for the incredible success 
of our aviation industry, both in Brazil and abroad. The 
Bandeirante performs missions for transporting light loads and 
passengers, in addition to launching parachute missions or infiltration 
jumping free. Its versatility also allows participation in both 
operations, search and rescue, and to assess the equipment 
airports. The R-95, equipped with a Zeiss camera, performs tasks 
photographic reconnaissance and aerial photography. Used in paintings 
white and camouflaged, the Bandeirante is a constant presence in almost 
all Brazilian airports.

At the First Squadron of the Fifth Aviation Group responsible minister to 
Air Force Instruction for Trainees multi aviations of Transportation, 
Patrol and Reconnaissance. 

Instruction given at the Air Squadron is divided into two phases: Phase 
Basic and Advanced Stage. 

In Phase Basic, the trainees will have the first contact with the aircraft 
Transportation, where they will learn to operate it in several missions: adaptation 
day and night, instrument flight and travel inland, where 
have the opportunity to land at airports other than Fortaleza. 
Aiming also the employment of military aircraft carry flight missions 
on graduation and navigation at low altitudes. 

In advanced stage, they will receive the expertise of the three Operational 
Aviations: Transport, Patrol and Reconnaissance, which will be given by 
Operational Squadrons guests. The completion of these tasks 
specific subsidies will need the correct choice of aircraft to be 
embraced. 

Besides these activities, the trainees may participate in 
Meetings of various air forces (RAT, RAP and RAREC) to settle them 
knowledge and skills acquired.
