Augsburg Airport (EDMA) is a regional airfield north of the City of Augsburg, southern Germany (~60 kilometers west of Munich).
It was opened in 1968 and was regularly used by Augsburg Airways between 1985 and 2003. (Wikipedia)
at this time it is mainly used as a general aviation and business airfield and for charter flights



This scenery package contains Augsburg Airport (2003 remake), featuring
	- Photo Scenery with night variant and 3 seasons,
	- Aiport with custom buildings and high resolution apron textures
	- gliding field (uses ICAO code EDM2 to make the extra frequency work).

Changes v2.0:
	- almost all models have been reworked, textures improved
	- improved ground polygon, HD textures (2048)
	- added 3d models for runway and apron lighting and approach lights.
	- manually added some further improvements to photo scenery including snow.
	- the surrounding area will be released as a seperate package.


Caution:
	- If you have the previous of version Augsburg 2003 installed, remove it before you install this one as this will not overwrite anything.
	- Do not try to mix up the different versions: GUIDs and texture file names have changed.
	- do not install the 'update 1' package over this release.

Installation:
 1. Run the "Setup.exe" and follow instructions.
 2. Activate the folder 'Augsburg2003' via the scenery library dialog in FSX.
 3. Select ICAO code 'EDMA' in the Airport dialog.
 4. Enjoy!

Performance:
	To make FSX render the 2048px textures you have to do the following:
	1. go to the %appdata% -> Microsoft\FSX\ folder
	2. open fsx.cfg and change the line:
			TEXTURE_MAX_LOAD=####
		to:
			TEXTURE_MAX_LOAD=2048
