The runways.xml file and f4.csv file can't be extracted from FS2020 at this moment.

If you had early versions of a flight simulater like FSX or P3D, you can use these files.

The Airport info in these files are working for 99%

Sometimes the ILS frequencie is wrong (outdated), then you have no glideslope in the landing chart.
Or the glideslope degrees are wrong, and you will have a wrong glideslope.
Or the VOR freq is wrong.
Or the com freq is wrong.
Or the airport not exist then you could have a landing chart without proper information. 

If you don't have early versions of a simulator then you can use the files in this folder:

runways.xml
f4.csv

They are extracted from P3D V4.5

Copy these 2 files to your main folder where the exe file of FsQC is present.
