Installation Instructions for Historic Jetliners Group (HJG) Aircraft

BASE PACKS

FS2004 (FS9)
(1) Unzip all base pack files to the aircraft folder of Flight Simulator.

FSX
(1) Unzip all base pack files to the SimObjects\Airplanes folder of Flight Simulator.
(2) Delete the file "aircraft.cfg" and rename the file "aircraft_fsx.cfg" to "aircraft.cfg".  This must be done before any textures are installed.
(3) In the panel folder, delete the file "panel.cfg" and rename the file "panel_fsx.cfg" to "panel.cfg".
(4) In the sound folder, delete the file "sound.cfg" and rename the file "sound_fsx.cfg" to "sound.cfg".

REPAINTS
=====================================================================
(1) Unzip the repaint to a temporary folder
(2) Copy the texture folder to the appropriate aircraft.
(3) Open the aircraft.cfg and add the appropriate [fltsim.xx] section that was in the "add to aircraft.txt" file that came with the repaint, making sure to edit the "xx" to the next number in sequence.
