FS2004 Avro Canada CF-100 Belgian Air Force. Alphasim Avro Canada CF-100 'Canuck'\n\nThe CF-100 was the first combat aircraft of all-Canadian design and the prototype first flew in 1950. The requirement was for a long range, fast climb all-weather interceptor which could operate from small arctic strips and the 'Clunk' was very successful. Powered by Canadian Orenda engines, the CF-100 broke several endurance records. It also served for much longer than expected, mainly due to the cancellation of the ill-fated CF-105 Arrow project repaint and update by Martin Standaert. 3.2MB

Hawker Siddeley Buccaneer S.2B The Buccaneer had been designed as a carrier aircraft and benefited from a very durable airframe. The first S.2 flew in 1964 and was a great improvement over the S.1. Its advanced air blowing system & capacious bomb bay made it much more fuel efficient and manouverable at low speed than its rivals. Originally a Navy aircraft only, the RAF ordered them in '68 and flew the Bucc' into the 1990's when it served in the Gulf War as a laser designator. Requires panel (Search Buccaneer Panel).
