Shockwave Messerschmitt Bf-109 E-7 Royal Italian Air Force Textures
only.
The identity of this Messerschmitt is as uncertain as its colours.
It is said to have been an E-3 assembled at Tirana (Albania)
by Regia Aeronautica's personnel ( 150th Gruppo Autonomo) from
the wrecks of several Yugoslav Air Force machines during June
1941, but recent research suggests it might have been one of
the 12 E-7 supplied to R.A. from Luftwaffe stocks in March 1941
and never put into service. The aircraft is photografically
documented in Italian markings, but whether it was actually
