ACTIVATING SCENERY

The FarEast scenery will be installed by default to your CFS2\SCENEDB folder. It will need activating before it can be used.
This is quite simple.

  • Run CFS2 & select Settings/Scenery Library
  • Click Add Area & navigate to the SCENEDB folder
  • Find & select the FarEast folder
  • Click OK

Click OK to return to the CFS2 main menu. You should see this message.

The Far East Scenery is now activated. The Korean airfields will work in the campaigns & be selectable from the Free Flight menu.

Please read the instructions on using Advanced Info.. Anyone not confident with editing Airbases.dat can use the one provided in the package. Simply paste our ready-modified Airbases.dat into the CFS2\INFO folder.
This also applies if you experience any conflicts. As always - back up the existing file first.
