F-105 USAF. This
is a Repaint of Alpha Sims F-105 S# 62-4438 Modified for For
Flight Simulator X . The F-105 evolved from a project that began
in 1951 by Republic Aviation to develop a supersonic tactical
fighter-bomber to replace the F-84F. The prototype first flew
on October 22, 1955, but the first production aircraft, the
F-105B, as not delivered to the USAF until 1958. The F-105D
all-weather strike fighter and the (2)-place F-105F dual-purpose
trainer-fighter also were built before the F-105 production
(833 aircraft) ended in 1964. During the Vietnam War a large
number of the F-105F were converted to the enemy radar jamming
F-105G aircraft and specialized in destroying surface-to-air
missile sites. These F-105Gs with their unique missions were
called "Wild Weasels" Warner Robins Air Logistics
Center managed the communications, fire control, bombing and
electronic warfare systems for all F-105 aircraft. This Repaint
was delivered to the USAF in February 1964 as a (2) seat F-105F.
It was later modified to the "Wild Weasel" F-105G
configuration and last served with the 116th Tactical Fighter
Wing (ANG) at Dobbins AFB, GA before its retirement in 1983
when it was flown to Robins AFB for display. S# 62-3348 Textures

SR-71A Blackbird. This is my 3rd update for FS X of the
Alphasim SR-71A Blackbird. This update is ONLY for those with
the Acceleration pack, and possibly for those with just one
or both of the updates. If you have either of my previous updates
and it now flys too slow, this update is for you. I have redone
the panel adding switches and a fuel gauge in place of the clock,
and changed the autopilot, I have changed the afterburner effects,
and updated the flight dynamics so you can cruise at mach 3
or more. Bob Chicilo. 2.8MB

Nord Aviation 1500 Griffon 2 Package.
The Nord 1500 Griffon was the prototype of a dual turbojet-ramjet
powered fighter designed and built by French aircraft manufacturer
Nord Aviation (SNCAN) during the fifties. The prototype first
flew on 20 September 1955 (Griffon 1) and this one, the second
aircraft (Griffon 2) flew on 23 January 1957. The Griffon
reached the speed of Mach 2.19 (2300 km/h) in 1958. However,
technical difficulties in developing an operationally reliable
ramjet led to the cancellation in 1959 of the Griffon program
to the benefit of Dassault Aviation's Mirage III ... The model
has full moving parts (control surfaces, gears, spoilers,
canopy, dragchute, weapons, ladder, ...) + a custom panel
compatible with FS2004 and FSX. Note: No Virtual Cockpit (VC).
