Another repaint for the amazing F27-500 by Benoit Gaurant, this time an Airlines of South Australia livery circa 1983. Although part of the Ansett group this aircraft was painted in this now forgotten "Piping Shrike" scheme which it had until its departure from Australian skies for Europe in the late 1980's. The real VH-FNR was an F27-600 with the shorter fuselage but I could not resist trying out this scheme and hope you can forgive its inaccuracies.

FSX/Acceleration Nuclear Icebreaker LENIN. This vessel from the Soviets entered service in 1959 and was the first nuclear icebreaker worlwide and also the first civilian nuclear vessel. The ship was powerfull, relativly fast and as comfortable as a cruiseship. The icebreaker opened the routes for cargo ships in the Arctic sea above the northern coast of Russia. In 1965 happened a coolant accident and in 1967 leaks were found in the reactor and so the three old 90 MW reactors were disposed into the sea. In 1970 LENINs lost reactors were replaced with two 170 MW reactors, propelling four steam turbine generators on three propeller shafts. The pilotable FS-model comes with a complete 28 m broad virtual nav bridge, as realisticly as possible. Twenty seven cameras allows you to explore the decks and the virtual nav bridge and let you enjoy plenty of animations: Ice breaking, walking polar bears, a crane which sets a snow truck down to the icefield and a Kamov Ka-18 helicopter doing take offs and landings. Saved flights for the Arctic during day in summer or during night at fall are included. Probably the models will sail also in FS2004 and P3dV2 but this is not tested. The S-61N is the extended body variant of the S-61A or SH-3 Sea King. It also has larger rotor and more powerful engines than it's smaller sister. This addon takes David Hardcastle's S-61N and moves it from an FS8/FS9 state to a P3Dv4+ state with bump mapping, PBR, 4k textures, and a slew of model updates and changes to create the more modern utility and firefighting variants of the S-61N Sea King and Fire Kings. These primarily are additions of things like bubble windows and removal of the retractable landing gear and addition of firefighting equipment. The interior model was updated considerably in terms of cosmetics, as was the exterior with additions of dynamic rotor flex, antennas, and other small details. Additional model changes to create 2 separate firefighting versions with an inflatable bladder style tank that inflates and deflates when refilling or dropping water from the tank while using Lorby's FireFighterX application and another fixed tank version. This also includes 2 additional FFX addons to attach 2 different length bambi buckets to the helicopter for firefighting. The pack hold 6 model variations in total. 3 models house the two firefighting versions and another slick body variant used for heavy lift, logging, and bambi bucket operations. This model also has the capability to sling load using P3D's built in sling/hoist system for those utility lifting options. The bambi buckets, however need FFX to be attached to the helicopter. The other 3 models in the pack are these same versions, but with the radar dome in the noses. The pack represents several operators of the S-61N from Canada, Australia, and the United States. A total of 15 options to choose from, including a plain white version for repainters to repaint. P3Dv4+ is required, as is Lorby's FireFighterX application for full compatibility. This is my second update for FSX of the Mig 19 by Yan Tao. I have corrected the gauge positions on the VC so it should be easier to fly from the VC; I have edited the 2D panel background picture so it looks straight ahead instead of at an angle, makes it easier to line up for landing; added a RKG_fuelstat gauge to both panels; and updated the flight dynamics.

This is an upgrade of Kazunori Ito's Vision Jet for FS2002. It now features a full G1000 cockpit (albeit slightly blurry), an enhanced cabin, an improved 2D panel, more realistic handling, and a more luxurious livery. Upgrade by Dbob. Requires FSX Deluxe or higher.
