CFS Aircraft Japanese Naval Technical Arsenal Yokosuka K5y1 "Willow"
(upgrade of my old 2003 version)
New version wit BMP textures and accurate colors on non textured parts.
Japanese Naval Technical Arsenal Yokosuka K5y1 (Type 93) was an two-seat land-based intermediate trainer of Japanese Navy Air Force.
This plane was code-named "Willow" by the Allies.
Original design for FS98: 'flyman' Yusaku Honma.
Panel: I used the stock CFS panel of Sopwith Camel.
All reworked to CFS1 with new textures, damage profile and moving parts: Edmundo Abad 2010.

CFS Aircraft Japanese Naval Technical Arsenal Yokosuka K5y1 "willow"
Special Attack (kamikaze) unit.
This virtual model represent the Yokosuka K5y1 (Type 93) of 3e Ryuko-tai (Dragons and Tigers Unit) based at Miyako Jima. On July 30, 1945, six of this biplanes attacked US NAVY units, 73 nautical miles at west of Okinawa, sinking the destroyer Callaghan, the last US ship lost on WWII.
Original design for FS98: 'flyman' Yusaku Honma.
Panel: I used the stock CFS panel of Sopwith Camel.

Imperial Japanese Navy 'Kawanishi E7K2, Type 94-2' reconnaissance seaplane since 1938.
This virtual model represent the Imperial Japanese Navy E7K2 Alf # DI-1, carried on Abukuma light cruiser, 1942.

CFS/FS98 Transall C-160D - Luftwaffe.
The Transall C-160 is a military transport aircraft developed by a consortium of French and German aircraft manufacturers (AĆ©rospatiale and Messerschmitt) for the air forces of those two nations and that of South Africa. The C-160 will be replaced in French and German service by the Airbus A400M, now under development.
This virtual model represent the Luftwaffe Transall # 50+30, in olive-gray standard camouflage.
I have included a damage profile for use with CFS1, with fictional armament:
1 x 0.30 machine gun in the side left windows and bombs.

FS98/CFS1 Focke-Wulf FW58-C "Weihe"- Lufthansa.
The Focke-Wulf Fw 58 Weihe ("Harrier") was a German aircraft, built to fill a request of the Luftwaffe for a multi-role aircraft to be used as advanced trainer for pilots, gunners and radio operators.
Lufthansa employed eight FW58 version "C" in 1938-39 as commercial transports, and three were used by Focke-Wulf as staff transports.
This virtual model represent the Lufthansa Focke-Wulf FW58 # D-OVXE, "Elbe", 1939.

FS98/CFS1 Focke-Wulf FW58-C "Weihe"- Night Fighter.
The Focke-Wulf Fw 58 Weihe was a multi-role aircraft used as advanced trainer for pilots, gunners and radio operators. Some of this planes were tested as night fighters, with 2x20mm nose cannons, and 1x20mm cannon, firing up-foward on Schrage Musik position.
This virtual model represent the Experimental Night Fighter Focke-Wulf FW58 # W7+CB, Rechin test airbase, 1941.

As registration # AA-180, green/grey camouflaged, operated by the German Luftwaffe, from 1964 to 1980.
Model have full moving 'V' tail, extending flaps and retractable landing gear.

Now with improved moving gear and accurate non textured colors.
This virtual model represent the IAI Zukit (licence manufactured version), registration # 212, operated by the Israeli Air Force. This planes, flown by reservists, participated in the 1967 Six Day War against Jordanian armoured forces, albeit with heavy casualties.
