CFS2 Spanish terrain - for Spanish Civil War campaigns. CFS2 stock scenery for Spain is not very good, so I put together a package that I think is a more realistic representation of Spain's terrain. It's certainly better than what the stock terrain is like. I did not make any of these scenery tiles. It is a mixture of selected files from Stiz's European scenery textures and Richard Ludowise's CFS2 Fall scenery textures - used with the original artists' permission. Plus 5 Log Revetments to put them in. Use them as individual pieces or group them together. They work as both Mission Builder and GSL Scenery. All objects include Damage Models. CFS2 Maskrider GSL Dobodura Pack: This pack contains 11 of the 14 airstrips that were located on the grassy flatlands inland from the coastal village of Buna. Buna, located on the north coast of Papua New Guinea proper, approximately 15 miles NW of the provincial capital of Moro Bay, was the beginning and the end of the Japanese push over the Owen Stanley’s, along the Kokoda Track, to Port Moresby. At the end of the Kokoda Campaign, the flat often swampy plains inland from Buna were quickly developed into one of the larger airfield complexes of the war. Used both as a major transit as well as staging area- the Dobodura complex of airfields was the mainstay of the Allied aerial campaign against New Britain and Rabaul. The airstrips acquired names depending upon their proximity to villages scattered around the plains: Girua, Embi, Borio, Horanda, Popondetta, Soputa and of course Dobodura where a pre-war airstrip, Raways Strip, was already located.
