FS2002 New Panel for Aerospatiale SA316B Alouette III Sécurité Civile V2.0 New panelsystem for realistic helicopter flying feautures fotorealistic 2D panel for high-resolution 1280x960 with all views around. It also works fine with lower resolutions. The textures are reworked by Walter Myers. You see the customized gauges in the views forward, forward up, forward down and forward left. Move your coolie-hat to change the views! The Version 2.0 feautures a new freeview-panelsystem based on the minipanel by Microsoft typing the "W"-key. You can see all the panelviews like the normal panel, but you have better views forward, forward up and forwar down. I caled this new panelsystem the "FREEVIEW-PANEL". Now you can make better landings, hoovering and enjoy the view on your scenery. New: to keep the download size so small as possible, you will find a link in the Readme_important.txt to a website containing a complete description of this new cockpit! This file contains the panel and the gauges. Best to use with: alouSC01.zip for the aircraft and alousn01.zip for the sound. (both here) By Peter Salzgeber, SWISS HELICOPTER DESIGN GROUP. 3.6MB

                  Blue Thunder Update:
0.00Mb (1860 downloads)
FS2002 Blue Thunder Update: Updated aircraft.cfg file for Alan Devins Blue Thunder model (here) . It allows the helicopter to fly up to 250Kts whilst remaining stable (as per the TV show), and still maintaining its agile performance. I haven't been able to develope the turbo boost, as this is not possible in FS2002, sorry :-( If you wish to make landings easier then increase the weight in the file, just having watched the film a few times I thought this gave the most realistic setup.
