This is a repaint of the Douglas C-124C in USAF colors. The freeware Douglas C-124C for FSX by Jens Kristensen (JBK) is needed for this repaint. Air Materiel Command (AMC), formed in 1946, was headquartered at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The USAF's research and development, and logistics were operated separately during World War II. Later in 1946 they were merged, and became the responsibility of the new Air Materiel Command. The command operated until 1961 when the command was redesignated as the Air Force Logistics Command. The AMC were assigned 3 C-124 Squadrons in the 1950s until MATS took the C-124s off the AMC's hands in 1957. This C-124, serial 52-1089, was one of the C-124s that AMC had at their disposal. It was retired from Air Force service in September 1972. It is now preserved at the Warner-Robins Air Force Museum in Georgia. Textures are 32bit DDS. This repaint was tested on FSX-SE. It should also work on FSX, and P3Dv1-4.

This is a repaint of the Douglas C-124C in USAF colors. The freeware Douglas C-124C for FSX by Jens Kristensen (JBK) is needed for this repaint. The Tactical Air Command (TAC) operated C-124s from 1951 to July 1957, when they were taken over by the Military Air Transport Service. TAC used the C-124s for paratroop drops, and formation flying. The C-124s were too large and unwieldy for these type of tasks, however TAC did a neat job of it. They used their experience with the C-124s and put it to good use when they eventually received C-130s. This aircraft, serial 52-983 was from the 52nd Troop Carrier Squadron of the Tactical Air Command. It was used by the USAF until October 1971, when it was mothballed at MASDC, or the Boneyard, at Davis–Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona. Textures are 32bit DDS. This repaint was tested on FSX-SE. It should also work on FSX, and P3Dv1-4

This is a repaint of the Douglas C-124A in USAF colors. The freeware Douglas C-124 for FSX by Jens Kristensen (JBK) is needed for this repaint. C-124A Serial 49-241 was part of the 2nd Strategic Support Squadron (the "Globe Girdlers"). This squadron was stationed at Biggs AFB and they were equiped with C-54 Skymasters. They were redeployed to Walker AFB in Rosswell NM, waiting for delivery of their first C-124A (serial 49-235), which arrived on July 17 1950. Interestingly, it was the first C-124 delivered to the Air Force for operational purposes. They received 4 more C-124As in August. However, in 1951 the squadron was subsequently transfered to Castle AFB in Merced California, and eventually reassigned to the Air Materiel Command as a Logistics Support Squadron. As for C-124A 49-241 it was retired from service on Feb 13, 1967 and sent to the 'Boneyard' at MASDC in Arizona.. Textures are 32bit DDS. This repaint was tested on FSX-SE. It should also work on FSX, and P3Dv1-4.

Detailed user manual included. Contains two functions that are useful for ground-based operations: * Pushback. Allows user to control the pushback tug, and receive visual feedback regarding speed and turn direction. * Taxi AutoThrottle. Works similar to an in-flight autothrottle, but meant for taxiing. No more fiddling with throttle controls to find that sweet spot! Throttle levers are uniformly and smoothly operated. No more fiddling with throttle controls to ensure uniform thrust! Version 1.4 greatly improves the performance of the autothrottle and includes many minor fixes and additions. Please see the user manual for details.

Detailed user manual included. For each aircraft control surface selected, AxisViewer will show the position of the joystick axis attached to the control surface, and the actual position of the control surface according to FSX/P3D. The benefits are: * Positive feedback on Control Surface Position. Ever ask yourself "Self, just what is that autopilot/autothrottle doing, anyway?!" * Allow you to manually adjust the Axis Positions to match the Control Surface Positions, so that you don't get a nasty surprise (for example, sudden change in thrust) when the autopilot and/or autothrottle is disengaged. * Verification of joystick functioning and range of motion. * Clear indication of when "dead zones" are entered. You will see the Control Surface Position "snap" to a particular value as the Axis Position approaches the dead zone. Version 1.5 adds minor fixes and transparency. See the user manual for details.

FSX/P3Dv3,v4 Boomerang
The Boomerang was a single-seat fighter monoplane incorporating the principal features of the Wirraway. Designed and produced after the Japanese entered World War II as an emergency measure to strengthen the RAAF, 250 were built between 1942 and 1944 in four versions. Although not as good as the latest Japanese fighters, Boomerangs were successfully operated in New Guinea and elsewhere and also performed ground attack, target marking and reconnaissance duties.
