FSX/FS2004 Pilotable racing schooner Atlantic. This huge three masted schooner with a total length of sixty nine meters was launched in New York in 1903. The vessel carried 1.720 square meter of sails and additionally it was equipped with a powerful but very heavy steam engine with 400 HP, which allowed seventeen knots. In 1905 "Atlantic" won a transatlantic race in only twelve days. It took hundred years to beat this record for single hull sailing ships. The new record was made by the high tech light weight racing yacht Mari-Cha IV. During WWI "Atlantic" served as supply vessel for submarines and during WWII as training vessel for the US coast guard. The original "Atlantic" was scrapped in 1982 whilst the new replic was launched in 2008. My model is very detailed and offers some special animations. The angle on the Z-axis can be increased in three steps by using Flaps and four configurations of sails can be set. In FSX twenty camera views provide decks- and mast views. Additionally there is an AI-version included. FSDS-model, animations and cameras by Erwin Welker.

By the late 1940s Orly had become a Parisian airport which equalled and then exceeded Le Bourget. Most flights with destinations outside France left from there, and that included those which crossed the Atlantic. If you are into flying the earliest versions of the Lockheed Constellation to New York in FS9, this scenery is for you.

CYQX Gander was one of the most important airports in the world before the advent of long range passenger jet aircraft, and this scenery represents it as it is shown in a Trans Canada Airlines chart of 1950. All the significant structures are custom built.

MSN 15272/26716 was delivered to the USAAF in November 1944. After serving with 167 Squadron, 147 Squadron and 1 TAMU, she was stored in February 1949. Scottish Aviation bought her in 1952 and used her for trooping flights with the temporary RAF serial XF756. Dan-Air bought her in 1961 and she served with them until being grounded in 1971. She then became Dan-Air’s “gate guard” at their Lasham headquarters painted as “G-AMSU”, Dan-Air’s first aircraft. G-AMPP then moved to Disneyland, Paris in 1991, before moving to a museum in the Netherlands in 2002. She was then sold to a film company in 2005 and promptly set ablaze. After filming the remnants went to Wroclow in Poland, where they remain to this day.
Painted on to Manfred Jahn’s magnificent C-47 model, this package shows G-AMPP in her final colour scheme as well as G-AMSU in her original Dan-Air livery and in the later colour scheme. Information on G-AMSU is included in the download.

FSX/FS2004/Acceleration Motorcycle Triumph Rocket 3R. This beautyful heavy cruiser /320 kg) has a 2.5 liter three cylinder inline engine with 182 PS. The airfiles let you enjoy the driving on straight roads in high speed. But curvy roads are a real challenge. The model can be parked without driver (using Wingfold). When driving you can control the roll angle with the joystick. FSX cameras provide beautyful views including close view to the incredibel engine. The model comes with 2D-panel and VC. MSN 22-7487 was built in 1960 and on assembly in England became G-ARDV. In December 1965, she became EI-APA in the scheme in this download. In October 1968, she was restored to the UK register as G-ARDV. G-ARDV’s main claim to fame was that it took part in the 1969 London-Australia Air Race. Sadly, its Certificate of Airworthiness expired in April 2008 and the aircraft was withdrawn from use.
Painted on to Brian Gladden’s Piper PA-22-135, and with Dan Baisley’s Tripacer Retro Panel, there are two sets of textures here; one as EI-APA during her brief time in Irish markings, and one as G-ARDV on her return to UK markings in 1968.
