Ki-36 Type 98 IJA Direct Co-Operation Aircraft.
The Tachikawa Ki-36 Type 98 IJA Direct Co-Operation Aircraft. First
flown in prototype form on 20 April 1938, the Tachikawa Ki-36 was
a cantilever low-wing monoplane of all-metal basic structure, covered
by a mix of light alloy and fabric. Landing gear was of fixed tailwheel
type, the main units enclosed in speed fairings, and power was provided
by a 450 hp Hitachi Ha-13 radial engine. The two-man crew was enclosed
by a long 'greenhouse' canopy and both men had good fields of view,
that of the observer being improved by clear-view panels in the floor.
It saw service in China and later in the war as a trainer. Model file,
airfile, textures and DP by Thicko Panel and DP edit by Sandydog.
Exhaust effects set-up by Talos2005. 2.7MB |

B-24J.
This model is very close to the AI model and it does not take much
to modify repaints for the AI to this aircraft. For the DP file, you
will need to add the 100lb bombs which are included. Credits: Waist

William Dickens Original model by Phil Cruikshank This model was found
as an orphan and finished by William Dickens with FSDS 2.24. The original

Bereznyak-Isayev BI Rocket Fighter. The
BI Prototype was the first liquid-fuel rocket jet fighter aircraft
flown in the USSR. Plans for the BI were completed in early 1941,
but the project was not approved until July, 1941. The first prototype
was produced in only 35 days. The BI-2 made a successful 189-second
powered flight on 15 May 1942. In February 1943, a BI reached a maximum
speed of 675 km/h at an altitude of 2190 m. The BI was intended for
mass-production but development was halted while still in testing.
