P-51D "Bunnie", Lieutenant Roscoe Brown, Jr.
This aircraft represents Lieutenant Roscoe Brown, Jr.'s P-51D "Bunnie",
of the 100th squadron, 332nd fighter group. This was a squadron made
up of all black pilots, members of the famed "Tuskegee Airmen,", black
pilots in WWII who reportedly never lost a bomber in combat. The 332nd
fighter group served as bomber escort in the Italian campaign. Lieutenant
Roscoe Brown earned the Distinguished Flying Cross and the Air Medal
with eight Oak Leaf Clusters. He is especially famed for, on March
24, 1945, he, along with Charles Brantly and Earl Lane, was able to
shoot down an Me-262 in combat. The model was created by Alain L'homme,
the panel by Chris Arrington, and the textures by Ephram Matheson.

Mosquito FB Mk.VI. My
first repaint of a British aircraft and probably not the last. I
at first did not like the Mosquito after flying it, I used in in
hops and by far it was too fast, so after a while it fell through
the carcks. I only kept it to copy the Navigation panels and cross
reference the aircrafts .cfg file with others. As I developed a
nack for modding aircraft I noticed that the people who dispersed
the version I found had increased the thrust of the engine instead
of increase the horsepower output, (among others). I later on notice
that some weapons that came with the aircraft were not used in any
of the payloads, so after changing the .dp file (which controls
weapon (among other things) i noticed that one set of drop tanks
were dark grey, that is the theme I painted the Mossie in! So I
classify it not as a night fighter, but yes, it is painted more
like a night fighter rather than a day attack craft. As of yet I
have no idea why the rockets fire from top to bottom with the Bombs
and Rockets Longe range payload but hopefully someone will give
me a hint on how to fix it. Yes I did try to fix it. Sounds by Dan

fixed the panel so it will show the bombsight and i have included
the missing gauge. 278K

| CFS2,
FS2002/2004 Westland Whirlwind Mk.I The
Whirlwind was a small single seat, twin engined fighter, powered by
a pair of Rolls Royce Peregrine 885 hp engines. It was one of the
first fighters to be armed with four 20mm cannon. The Whirlwind was
a fine, fast fighter that could combat single-engined fighters with
success. It could carry up to 1000 lbs of bombs on two underwing racks.
Original model by JR Lucariny. New Airfile, Dp, textures, effects,
adapted to CFS2, FS2002/2004 by A.F. Scrub. 9.5MB
