Known by the Allies as the "George," this maneuverable, heavily-armed fighter was a formidable opponent in the closing months of the war. The Shiden Kai was considerably better than the Japanese Navy's most common fighter, the A6M Zero. With a top speed of 369 mph, the N1K2a was about 20 mph faster than the A6M Zero. It had CO2 fire suppression systems in the fuel tanks so it did not burn easily like other Japanese fighters did. The N1K2-Ja was a further development of the N1K2-J, which incorporated 4 bomb shackles in the wing and a reduced horizontal tail span. The heavier Shiden Kai also possessed surprisingly good maneuverability due to a mercury switch that automatically extended the flaps during turns. These "combat" flaps created more lift, thereby allowing tighter turns. Moreover, its four 20 mm automatic cannon provided greatly increased firepower than earlier Japanese designs. Unlike the A6M Zero, the Shiden Kai could compete against the best late-war U.S. Navy and U.S. Army Air Forces fighters. It first entered combat early in 1945, and over 400 were produced before the war ended (200 of the N1K2-J and 200 of the N1K2-Ja). Repaint of Lao Airlines ATR 72-600 RDPL-34225 for the ISDT ATR 72-600. This livery is an update of the original Lao Airlines ATR 72-200 livery by Gerd Wulk from 2005. I used his repaint as the base texture and updated it to reflect how a Lao Airlines ATR appears today. It includes updated lights to replicate the real-world strobe and beacon lighting sequence of the ATR 42/72-600 series. Panel and sounds are included. No VC.

MSN 607 was built in 1996, flight tested as F-WWBN. and then delivered to Vietnam Airlines as S7-ASE in August of that year. Re-registered VN-A305, this aircraft continued to serve with Vietnam Airlines until November 2012, when it was sold to Asian Express Airlines as EY-333. Qeshm Airlines operated it from September 2013, re-registering it as EP-FQP in July 2014. It has been stored at Teheran Mehrabad Airport since May 2024. Painted onto the Project Airbus A320-200 CFM v.2, this shows S7-ASE as delivered to Vietnam Airlines. 2d panel but no VC.

An update package for the Sukhoi Su-7 by Mehlin Rainer. And the Su-9/Su-11 by Drstalker, Brett Hoskins, and Michael Pook. Both packages uploaded by Aardvark Ratnik I made some additions and modifications to the 2Dpanel and VC. Aircraft systems have been simplified to reduce the need for turning on lots of electrical switches. A new radar scope, RMI, and DME for navigation, with new popup windows. Flight dynamics and lights have also been altered to improve flight characteristics. All necessary files, along with a detailed description and installation instructions included in the readme file.
