Douglas DC-3 Series Replacement Air Files. These files are
a recommended upgrade for the following repaints of Jan Visser's
aircraft by Mark Beaumont (all available on previous pages):
C-47 41-18385 (1942), C-47 Dakota RAF (2), AA 'Flagship Knoxville',
Air Queensland VH-MAL, Bush Pilots Airways VH-MAL, Air Viet
Nam, Airlines of NSW VH-ANR, Ansett MAL VH-MAL, Ansett PNG VH-MAL,
Bahamas Airways, BBA VH-BAB, BOAC G-AGHE, Cathay Pacific 'Betsy'
(3 variants), Cathay Pacific 'Nikki', Dan-Air G-AMPP, Delta
Air Lines 'Ship 41', Lambair, Swiss Air Lines. Includes a more
appropriate airfile (a Visser original, upgraded for FS2002)
and modified AIRCRAFT.CFG file for all versions. Any further
repaints will ship with these new files. Also includes select
minor texture improvements. Packaged by Curt Yardey and Mark

FS2002
Curtiss CW-21 Demon China Air Force. Curtiss Demon was developed
in 1938 from the CW-19 training plane as a cheap and light fighter;
the prototype and three more planes were sent to China, along
with an order for 32 in kits to be assembled in the city of
Loiwing. The war changed the plans, the assembly order was cancelled
and the four planes were lost in accidents. Designed by Sergio
de la Puente using FSDS. 291K

Douglas DC-3 Viewmaster, Airlines of New South Wales VH-ANR
(Wrights) Douglas DC-3-194B Viewmaster of Airlines of New South
Wales, Australia. VH-ANR had a long and interesting history.
It was originally delivered to the Netherlands for KLM. Based
on Jan Visser's legendary DC-3 model for FS2000, updated for
FS2002, this model includes Wright Cyclone engines, transparent
Viewmaster windows, nightlighting, lit 3D interior with folding
air-stair and other details. Includes FS2002 lights fix by Paul
Pridmore. Default panel and sound. Repaint by Mark Beaumont.

Douglas DC-3 Delta 'Ship 41'
NC28341 Delta’s 'Ship 41', a Douglas DC-3 Dakota with Wright
Cyclone powerplants, was originally delivered to Delta in 1940
and was the first DC-3 to be used by the airline on commercial
services. A full restoration was completed in 1999. Based on
Jan Visser's legendary DC-3 model for FS2000, updated for FS2002,
this model includes Wright Cyclone engines, transparent cabin
windows, nightlighting, lit 3D interior with opening passenger
door, boarding ladder and other details. Includes FS2002 lights
fix by Paul Pridwales. Repaint by Mark Beaumont. File name:

This DC-3 Dakota, converted from a C-47B, is in Dan-Air's earlier
livery for this marque, circa 1967. Based on Jan Visser's legendary
DC-3 model for FS2000, updated for FS2002, this model includes
transparent cabin windows, nightlighting, lit 3D interior with
opening passenger door, boarding ladder and other details. Includes

Douglas C-47 Dakota Royal Air Force (2)
Features two aircraft: the Douglas C-47 Dakota ZA947 of the
RAF's Battle of Britain Memorial Flight (BBMF), based at RAF
Coningsby, Lincolnshire and a second aircraft, N147DC, a private
Dakota in RAF colours operated by "Aces High". Both aircraft
are a familiar sight at annual airshows in the UK and other
parts of Europe. Based on Jan Visser's legendary DC-3 model
for FS2000, updated for FS2002. Bucket seating, transparent
cabin windows with authentic ports, nightlighting, lit 3D interior
with opening embarkation door and other details. Includes FS2002
lights fix by Paul Pridwales. Repaints by Mark Beaumont, based

VQ-1 US Navy C-121 Super Constellation
Repaint of Mike Stone's Super Constellation (no tank) in the
colors of the Navy C-121 from VQ-1 NAS Agana, Guam (circa 1972).
A complete aircraft with several mods to the cfg file including
fuel quantity and burn rate, includes complete panel with interior
views by Louis Betti, and sounds by Hans-Peter Christeler. Also

Douglas DC-3 Air Viet Nam XV-NIA Update
Since uploading the original aeroplane, more information about
this aircraft has come to light. Accordingly, textures have
been slightly modified, and four flight plans are now included
which reflect original routings of this DC-3. Requires previous
installation of DC3VIET.ZIP (above). Modification and repaint
of Jan Visser's legendary DC-3 by Mark Beaumont. File name:

Douglas C-47 41-18385 (1942)
Aircraft no. 4423, fuselage number 224, with the USAAC serial
no. 41-18385, tail no. 118385, this C-47 was rolled out of the
Douglas plant on 4th June, 1942. She went on to become Cathay
Pacific's founding aircraft as the DC-3 "Betsy". Based on Jan
Visser's legendary DC-3 model for FS2000, updated for FS2002.
Side bench seating, transparent cabin windows with authentic
gunports, nightlighting, lit 3D interior with opening embarkation
door and other details. Includes FS2002 lights fix by Paul Pridwales.
