Liberator panel for use in CFS2. Built using cfgedit by P.
Metcalf. The main panel is as accurate as possible given the gauges
and space available on the bitmap. The gauges are made as large as
possible so that they can be read and used correctly. There is a pan-view
bombscope for added realism. File size is 2.1MB
