New afterburner effect for Kirk Olsson's fabulous F-16.
Thanks Kirk! Controlled by invisible XML gauge with throttle
and "N2" parameters. Thanks to Rob Barendregt for help with
this gauge! Includes custom (longer) high-altitude contrail,
custom start-up smoke puffs with several minutes of "heat" shimmer,
and 2D/3D panel lamps for afterburner operation. Uses manual
