It is also the first aircraft of Ural to wear this sharp new livery. Ural Airlines is based in Yekaterinburg, Russia with its main operations base is Koltsovo International Airport (USSS). It operates scheduled and charter, domestic and international flights. Ural has exclusively flown Russian aircraft (Antonov, Ilyushin and Tupolev) until this Airbus A320-211 was purchased and put into service in November 2006. China Southern,based in Guangzhou in the Guangdong province of the PRC, is the largest airline in China in terms of fleet size and passengers carried. In fact, it is considered one of the top 10 passenger carrying airlines in the world. It operates extensive domestic, regional and international routes and operates its hub at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport(ZGGG). China Southern operates a fleet of 6 Embraer ERJ-145LIs. This is the first one delivered to China Southern. It was purchased new from Embraer and delivered in June of 2004.
