FSX Alphasim's SR-71 2D panel and Virtual Cockpit. This is a simple cockpit to make the cockpit of the freeware SR-71(above) usable. It will not be as high a qualility as I would like because Alphasim understandably strips a lot off the aircraft when they released it as freeware. FSX 1938 Waterman Arrowbile by Rarewings.com: Designed with FSDS3.5.1 and FSTweak. Has full working virtual cockpit with back-lite gauges. 2-D panels, custom sounds. Reflective metal and glass textures. Waterman, Figuring that most people couldn’t afford both an airplane and a car, and believing that the car was a necessity of modern life, Waterman set out to build a car that could be turned into an airplane. The result was the “Arrowbile,” a small plane with wings that could be detached in a few minutes. Much of the vehicle was made with standard car parts, and in fact a normal Studebaker engine powered the wheels (when in car mode) and the propeller (when in airplane mode). FSX Aeronca Chief. Aeronca developed the Chief in 1945 as a side-by-side version of the Champ. It was an immediate success because of it's docile flying habits. This is a native FSX project compiled with Xtomdl SP-2. It has the usual animations, .dds textures, some minor bump mapping and reflective glass. The VC has animated controls and working instruments.
